If you’ve engaged Siviona Works LLC (“Siviona,” “we,” “us”) for a project, this page and your specific engagement agreement together describe what to expect.

Our Services

Siviona provides website design and development, hosting coordination, marketing and advertising support, and AI-related systems such as phone and website chat assistants, as described on this site and in your specific engagement agreement.

Technical Services, Not Legal Advice

Siviona is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, accessibility, privacy, or other regulatory advice. Any guidance we offer about compliance topics is general and technical in nature, not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Privacy Policies & Legal Documents We Help Implement

Where a project includes a privacy policy, terms of service, cookie notice, or similar legal page for your own website, we can help draft and implement it based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving that content — including confirming it’s accurate for your business and compliant with laws that apply to you — before it’s published.

Third-Party Services

Our work may connect your project to third-party platforms (for example, a CRM, hosting provider, payment processor, or advertising platform). We don’t control those platforms, and we aren’t responsible for changes they make to their pricing, features, or policies after your project is built.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you’re responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving content before it’s published.
• Providing accurate, up-to-date information about your business.
• Making sure your business complies with the laws and regulations that apply to your industry and location.
• Letting us know when something needs to be updated.

Ongoing Maintenance

Once a project is delivered, further updates or changes are handled on a request basis unless your engagement agreement includes a separate maintenance plan. We’re not automatically monitoring or updating your site or systems after launch.

Limitation of Responsibility

Our services are technical in nature. Nothing on this website, on this page, or in our client communications should be interpreted as legal, tax, accessibility, or regulatory advice. Your specific engagement agreement governs scope, payment, and liability for a given project.
